ASUM Annual General Meeting – Friday 30th November 2018

Members are reminded we’re holding our Annual General Meeting at the ASUM offices in Chatswood, Sydney on 30th November. The office will be open form 5.30pm and the AGM starts at 6.00pm.

Broome Outreach

ASUM Outreach would like to thank volunteer tutors, Dr Sue Campbell Westerway, Steven Abbott, Rae Roberts and Marilyn Zelesco, for their generous participation in providing basic ultrasound training in first, second and third trimester scanning to the Kimberley Aboriginal Medical Services in Broome, WA, regional and remote doctors and midwives in line with ASUM’s Certificate in Allied Health Performed Ultrasound (CAHPU) and the Certificate in Clinician Performed Ultrasound (CCPU).

ASUM Outreach charity was established with the principal activity and purpose of promotion, prevention and control of diseases in people through advancing the clinical use of medical diagnostic ultrasound in rural and remote regions of Australia, and international communities including New Zealand as the directors may see fit, to improve patient health and care in disadvantaged and low socio-economic communities.
