I will be moving on after 30 June next year 2011 when my CEO term contract ends. ASUM is a wonderful organisation to work for, in advancing excellence in ultrasound. I am grateful for a wonderful career at ASUM as its first CEO since 2001.
I will be assisting the handover and transition for a new CEO as I finish my term next year. I thank all members of ASUM, corporate members, Council, Executive, past and current Presidents, for supporting me and giving me an opportunity to serve ASUM for such a long time for almost a decade.
I will leave with the knowledge that ASUM remains strong and financially robust as a Not For Profit society to progress to its next exciting phase of its growth and development as the peak body for medical ultrasound in Australia and New Zealand.
In the remaining months, I hope to have the oportunity to farewell the many colleagues and friends that I have made over the years working at ASUM.
